Missing the emergency release latch in truck, truck lid doesnt seem evenly spaced on the sides, and truck lid doesn't always stay open I almost lost a finger tonight, I will be calling regional tomorrow about it

Everything was done to perfection except there was a glue/like substance on windshield which made it difficult to see. I did not notice it until I drove away and tried to use windshield sprayer/wipers to clean it off. That did not help but Windex did!
