The entire process was easy from the start. They were ready for my arrival, my car was dropped off and i was in a rental car in 10 minutes. Then I received regular text updates on the repairs so I knew where the car was in the process and when the car would be ready. When I picked up the car the process was just as easy and painless. To top it off everyone was extremely friendly. It doesn't get any better than that.

Message that my car would not be ready until 5:30 at a date 24 full hours after originally planned was sent out to be at 5:08, a fact which did not inconvenience me, but could have easily inconvenienced someone else who might have already specifically made plans to get over there at that time. More advance would be preferable.
