They put the wrong series of tire on my truck. When contacted about it they found one in Winston Salem NC,the manager sent an employee to pick it up.I was told I could not go to Firestone myself and have it corrected. I had to wait almost 2 hours for the employee to get back with the wrong series again. The only thing the manager said was all I can do is tell you what Firestone told us and that is sorry. Bring it back tomorrow and we can fix the problem.Then today I had to call them and explain to the manager both front tires had to be changed because of the difference in tread depth so I had to buy the second tire and drive 35 minutes back to Greensboro to have the problem fixed. I wasted time fuel and money to get them to fix their mistake. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. The manager never came out and speak to me or offer any compensation for their mistake.
