Although it took longer than I thought to get it done, at least I had a nice rental! I know it was a Holiday period so it wasn't a big deal. It's perfect! I do so appreciate the time effort and texts regarding the status of my car. Y'all are A1 in my book! (Regional, GEICO, and Enterprise)

No need for a call back. Just a comment that while I appreciate the service and really liked the text update feature, it was consistently difficult to get someone on the phone. Multiple times I called to be sent to a voicemail, wait till it rang forever or was not given a call back. Also, I do very much so appreciate the clean car after!

When you start the car up there is an obvious big noise that sounds like something is dragging...this is not acceptable and should have been noticed immediately by the technician or anyone within ear shot! It is embarrassing driving around hearing this noise and it needs to be addressed ASAP!
