When the car was returned the button was missing that locks the door... the radio is only playing on one side of the car.. the door is not aligned It has a shake and wobble that it did not have prior to the wreck and they are saying it's normal wear and tear... poor customer service with representative did not come out and look over the car with me just had me pay it and that's it.

You completed job faster than expected and car looks GREAT. only complaint is I was not expecting car back today and I had put more gas in loaner than I needed to -- your "progress" emails all said car would not be done till 2/22 - even the one I got today said "car was being painted" - did not say car would be done today - next thing I know got call and car was done! But as I said, CAR LOOKS GREAT!
