The entire process was handled very professionally and seamlessly. Through my Geico adjuster and Bob's Automotive, the repairs were coordinated and I was given timely updates throughout the week letting me know the status of my car repairs. When I was notified that my car was done on time, I went to pick up my car and was very pleased with the repair work. My car was cleaned inside and out and I was relieved to see what was once twisted metal and cracked plastic look like factory new. Taking a chance on a repair shop based on reviews only paid off and what I thought would be a painful process was very easy and hassle-free and I am very satisfied with Geico and Bob's Automotive work and professionalism.
