My car was delivered to me with grease marks all over the interior, including the steering wheel, front, rear, and third row seats, and the interior doors... brand new leather seats were coated with grease marks. I am completely disgusted with the service I received.

Dirty work my leather seats were stained with some kind of chemical an carpet an dust. Need to do an better job on covering up people's rims cause my rims were stained to an can take off those stains. So yall need to do a better job covering up people's car interior again very poor job. Need to clean people's cars inside an out side before they come to pick it up.i wouldn't recommend yall to anyone.

To whom is May concern:
I'm writing you to express my dissatisfaction with your service. On Friday November 21st I arrived at your location off of Knight road to pick up my vehicle. After waiting for 40 minutes I was informed that my keys could not be located therefore I could not pick my vehicle up at that time. I was told that I would receive a call by the following day. Well the following day the call never came so I decided to bring my spare key to recover my vehicle. Once arriving and waiting again I was now told that someone attempted to break into my vehicle through the passanger door key entry and my key weren't found. They said they would repair the damages, key and keyless remote. Well here we are today Nov 25th and I pick my vehicle up and noticed that a set of keys for a classic Mustang, along with house keys and mail box keys are all missing from the glove box of my truck I was picking up. At this point I'm very concerned not only with the possible theft of my truck but my classic mustang and home. I'm extremely upset that no one seems to be able to explain what happened. I'm currently in the process of filing a police report along with consueling with my attorney on what I can do on my end to investigate what happened. I ask that someone in upper management contact me as soon as possible so this can be resolved.
