My speaker case was cracked and I still have to have it fixed and most disturbingly I had about 8 in quarters in my car ashtray which had gone missing when I got my car back.

I had a great experience and the employees were very helpful. My repairs looks great as well, although, when I dropped off my car I had just over a ****/4 tank of gas, and like the rental, I assumed that the gas tank would at least be where where I left it, not on reserve(the lowest amount possible).
