I would recommend adjusting your workflow procedure on COMMERCIAL GEICO claims. If I am contacted to pick-up **** of my fleet vehicles but you are unable to give it to me because you cannot confirm payment with PERSONAL GEICO claims, then I have a problem. 2 claims ago I had to pay In-full and wait to get refunded from your shop because Geico commercial & personal aren't connected. If you could request payment on the claim as soon as you have a firm dollar amount needed, that may eliminate the delay on pick-up.
