The entire team was just wonderful and professional! From Julia to Miguel, they had made the experience so smooth with the paperwork, rental car and the work done to it also. My car was done within the amount of estimate and I couldn’t be any more than happy and confident to have it worked on by this shop. The car came out like a brand new car!! I spoke with Raul many times after repeat issues with my vehicle not properly checked after says fixed and I picked it up. Like 2 weeks later the tire was supposed be repaired was going flat and Raul told me he didn’t have the key to remove the wheel? Wait you confirm my car is fixed but don’t tell me the wheel wasn’t fixed because you need a wheel key? So I’m driving dangerously? Then come back he checks it. I find the key like I’m the mechanic. It works but still issues with tire. Then I noticed a noise on the back wheel and cup holder tips removed. I contact him tells me they didn’t touch it he promises to contact insurance and call me back 3 times I call never called me back. I don’t recommend going to this shop ever quality job is not guaranteed. You need get you car fully inspected after coming from the shop! Fully

Thanks - appreciate the message. After I picked up the car Tuesday I drove home and parked. Used the car Wednesday - noted that the FOB Auto Unlock was not working on the drivers side and the side mirror adjustment was stuck as well. When I went to start it Thursday 6pm - nothing - battery was entirely drained. AAA came to jump it - successful but came Fri morning as well as they double booked. Guy on Friday morning was quite knowledgeable - fixed the window issue (drivers side button did not work for passenger side - but passenger side button worked) - it had to be reprogrammed. Said likely that instead of disconnecting the battery at the shop - ran the battery down while working on car OR created a short when putting doors back together and that ran out the battery. In any event - it was a brand new battery (Oct 7th) and he recommended asking for a replacement (my Dad confirmed this today - has good auto knowledge - unlike me) as for a battery to be completely run down - that does do damage.Back to my FOB problem - which I contacted your shop on Wednesday and was told it would take about 10 mins to fix and I could come by on Fri at 5:30 after dropping off my daughter at Cubberly for soccer. I showed up today and was told it was too close to closing and could I come back some other time. That kind of put me over the edge and I unloaded on the guy that was there. I get the car back with 2-3 things wrong and then I have to make time again to come and deal with this after wasting 2 hours with the battery and already having come to your shop to pick up my car back on the 24th (miscommunication) and wasting time then. This is a LOT of bad luck.

The repair took **** and half months to completion, over 2 weeks from estimated completion date. My car insurance only allowed **** month of car rental. There was a dent on the back lift door that was not repair.
