I felt good with the constant communication, as well as being able to view the progress.
One thing that I thought that could have improved. Just one, not a big deal. My vehicle was supposed to be done yesterday, but there was a delay due to the tire needing to be replaced. Since you had the vehicle for almost two months, the tire could have been ordered earlier. And I do understand that the overall delay was due to Toyota, not you. I was exceptionally pleased with the service overall. Thanks
