I was recently working with your staff to repair damages on my 2015 Jaguar and could not be more pleased of how accommodating and simple they made the situation. From the estimate to the final repairs, they were very friendly and never left me waiting long, they had my car in the shop just two days later to begin repairs. The ladies at the front desk took care of my rental car arrangements, the service writer was good to his word with updates and a solid completion date, along with answering all of my questions. I had my car back in just a few days and the quality work that was done could not have been any better, I am very pleased with my transaction at Higgins!

My car went in for damage to the front left fender and bumper. I was satisfied with the repair of the fender. My concern is with the installation of the new bumper. When I picked up my car and I did a walk around, I noticed that the bumper was loose and found that 3 of 8 fasteners holding the bumper on were missing and another 2 were installed incorrectly. I pointed this out and they took the car back in and fixed the problems. A week later I was doing some work on my car and noticed that some of the other panels that were removed to facilitate the installation of the bumper were reinstalled in the same fashion; missing and broken fasteners that I had to replace myself.
Also of concern was that at the time of drop off, my wife completed a form giving permission to notify her via text when the repairs were completed. She is the individual who requested the repairs, set the appointment, and communicated with the auto insurance company. But I was the one who received the notifications. I hadn’t even given any of my information or permission to notify me. This was offensive to my wife and disrespectful of my time.

First of all the job that you did was impeccable. Absolutely no complaint with the repair job. The one thing I question is my car was suppose to be finished on Friday afternoon. I was given a call that day and said it wouldn't be ready until Monday end of day. I was fine with that, but when I picked it up on Monday there were things that were changed in my car. The lights were turned to off, the rear view mirror had been changed, the tank was full and my odometer said I had traveled 440 miles. I'm a property manager. I continuously turn my odometer to 0 to keep track of my miles. The only thing I could conclude, but couldn't prove, is that someone used my car for the weekend, hence the reason why it wasn't ready until Monday. I didn't bring this up because like I said, I have no documentation, but when I brought my car in I know the fuel wasn't full, and I sure as hell know it didn't have 440 on the odometer.
