They rebuilt the bumper when they couldn't get the part. They put the car back together temporarily because I needed to use it. Then finished the job when it was convenient for me. They dealt with the insurance. They jumped through many hoops to help my old car look great. Thanks again!

I was treated very nicely. And I hope the repair they did on the antenna of my Toyota will not leak. My antenna cover was damaged and they put a new one on. But it doesn’t fit tightly around the edges. They said that it will not leak because there is a seal inside. I hope that is the case. I guess we’ll find out. you have a nice repair shop and very nice people to deal with. I would come back again for your service. Gerald B

Need to get my lift gate adjusted and my bumper fixed. Lift gate was not aligned and my bumper has place that sticks out. I was told it can’t be done because I have a Lego puzzle vehicle.

The initial repair looks good. After pickup, I further inspicted the car and I had a question for Sig, who is the person that I was in contact with during the repair, but he never replied back to my emails and voicemail. It seems like once the car is done, they don't care about any follow ups after that.

My CRV looks like brand new! I appreciate the extras that they did on it like buffing out a scratch on the passenger side and reconnecting a plastic bracket under the seat. Brad Simons was very helpful in making sure the project was done well.
I appreciated the fact that the inside of the car was cleaned and my car was ready a day early.
