Took a very long time for minor repair. Additional issues when I went to pick up my car, no longer drive able e. Had to be towed to a mechanic. Was is perfect mechanical/driving order when I took my car in.
I opened the back/trunk area of my car and noticed an unopened box. I noticed it while I was at Higgins but was side tracked due to the fact my car was no longer drive able. I opened the box once I got my car repaired and home. It’s a car part, put in there by someone at Higgins, still the the box, not installed on my car sitting in the very back/trunk area of my car.
