G, the receptionist, was amazing at getting the estimate done, paperwork filed, and appointment set up in a quick manner. She was super polite and friendly. I felt welcome when I came into the shop. Kyme was super at getting the estimate and repairs done quickly and coordinating with USAA. Things went really smoothly with no headaches. The window tint was a shade off but the work done now has my car back to looking like new. I would definately recommend Hoffmantown to anyone looking for a repair shop
