Dan and the front desk staff took very good care of me. I am happy with the car repairs.
I was not too thrilled with Hertz and the service I received. I did complain to both State Farm and to Dan. He tried to help resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciated. I did have to return the next day to replace the car with one larger and more appropriate (which is what I was scheduled to get in the first place).
