My trunk got replaced and the hydraulic component does not hold up completely. I was getting my bag out of the trunk and it fell on my head. Also Aron the impact I assume some clips busted. The ground affect on the driver side is hanging by a thread.

We will be calling tomorrow as there are abrasions on the paint on other parts of the car that were not there when the car was dropped off. The tech that turned over the car dismissed it just being dirty.

I came back to CarCrafters. Several years ago, I needed some “cosmetics” done on a truck, & I was pleased with their work. About five months ago, someone popped the driver side of my truck, & CarCrafters fixed it up quite nicely. I needed some more “cosmetics” done recently, & of course I motored over to CarCrafters. They did almost everything right, except the shade of paint. (Hey, nobody’s perfect!) In a few weeks, I’ll return & they’ll get it right; they do guarantee their work. I talked briefly with another customer who was very satisfied with them. I highly recommend CarCrafters. From Kenny the courtesy driver, & the ladies at the front desk, to the fellows in the back, they do their best to get it all done. Many thanks to all!
