The informative texts keeping informed was a supreme touch of class.
Only one flaw, Hertz rental ! The one staff member was spreading germs from his obvious flu symptoms. The computers were down a minor inconvenience. The car I was assigned had more body damage then my car. The glass and interior was smudged and a lot of duck tape had been used in various sections
The car was unsafe visually for driving. I should have refused it. I returned the in detailed cleaning I myself performed. Very bad expectation for what I expected from HERTZ. CARCRAFTERS SHALL REMAIN MY MOST HAPPIEST EXPERIENCE. THANK STAFF FROM THE COOKIES TO FINISHED PRODUCT
