I was expecting to take my car within 30 minutes from the place, but it take me more than two hours. Three pieces where missing from the trunk. I was still at the location when I went inside to ask about them. Then very rude man came, and instead of looking for the pieces, he accused me of hiding/ stealing them. He sent us away in a very rude way and left. I called my car insurance, and while I was explaining to him what happened I found the pieces in a zipper bag inside a pocket in the trunk. But Kim was very nice, and she helped me to deal with the situation.
