There was damage in the middle of the rear bumper that wasn't there when the car was dropped off. When we initially looked at the car all the areas of damage where circled in marker and the middle of the bumper was not circled, yet when I picked the car up there were gouges in the bumper.
They said an alignment was done but the car pulls to the right very obviously. I didn't notice it in my test drive around the block.
Other than that the repair was great.

Hello, I appreciate the repair work that you performed.
However, I drove the car for more than a mile this Monday to work and the alignment is still off a little. Also, I noticed that there is a significant scratch on the rear bumper, left side near the lower wheel well that was not repaired. That was not present before my car was towed to the auto pound on March 31.
I tried calling Jim Grzesiak who is with Geico at your shop this afternoon but he was not in. I asked Erica to please have him call me once he is back.
