I had a very positive experience with the consistent communication and the vehicle overall looks great. The only negative feedback I have is The arm rest on my door was placed in the same order. It actually will not connect back as I tried this morning. I will still refer people over because I feel Crash Champions are professional, excellent customer service and I did not have to call once to see how much longer for the work to be done
