My exhaust system was broken after the repair to the rear of my vehicle. I have to bring it back in to be checked out.

My experience was great from start to finish. Oscar was very thorough and professional through my estimate and did everything in his power to educate me and reassure me of my claim and going forward with the repair. I'm also very grateful to him for giving me a free loaner car. Oscar made sure to update me at every point through reposting my car and was very clear in his communication. I ended hop doing the after hours pick up and Oscar walked me through payment, how to drop off the loaner and pick up my car. I was surprised when I got there at 530 on Monday the eighth that be was still there. We went over everything and then I was on my way.
