Bumper wasn't aligned properly, quarter panel isn't in condition it was before and mechanical issues were not fixed properly. I was actually given back a car not repaired properly and even an untrained person could tell vehicle was not correct. I find that VERY unprofessional. I will be bring car back to address cosmetic issues once Nissan fixes mechanical issues

The team at crash champions was awesome and my car looks amazing however the communication was stressful. I constantly had to call for updates because messages would not be sent etc.
they promised to call when I could pick up the car but didn't do so.. I had to call again and again until they finally said I could pick it up...other than that everything was great
