We were completely satisfied with the service and repairs. The only problem we had was with your automated messages being inaccurate as to when the car would be ready. The emails received said our car would be ready on 9/6 even though the car was ready on 9/2. I was very frustrated thinking we would not have the car over the holiday weekend. When I called however I was assured that the car would be ready by friday and it was. We were pleased with the overall service and friendliness.

We noticed some excessive orange peel texture on part of the repaired area, the texture issue was documented and we were told we could bring it back any time to fix it. We are very satisfied that all repairs are under warranty and would recommend Heppners to anyone if asked.

About an hour after I picked up my car I got a call saying that the technician forget to put the body side molding back in my car. Now I have to take the time to bring it back which is very inconvenient and makes me feel extremely dissatisfied.

No need to contact, satisfied with the end result. Was a little amnoyed with how long the repairs seemed to drag on. I realize this can't really be helped for the most part as they need to fix it right (which it seems they did) and it was worse than they thought. I think the issue was in the initial estimate and what started as a 2 or 3 day job became a month.
