The workmanship on the front fender looks very professional. We can't tell that it's been repaired. Good communication by Joe, **** and Steve. They followed up with status reports and returned phone calls when they said they would. Gave good advice regarding options. -sally mclaughlin

The original scheduled completion date was Monday, 9.26. However, it kept getting pushed back. I was told my car would be ready by Wednesday, only to get a phone call after 5pm that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. On Thursday, I got a call that it wouldn't be ready until Friday. And on Friday, I wasn't told my car would be ready until 5:10, so I had to rush over to pick it up on a moment's notice. Every day the car was delayed cost me about $35 for the rental car. This was disappointing.

The cup holders in the back seat fold down arm rest was broken out. I have not used it, but the arm rest flopped down and the cup holder flopped out. Why? How? You're an auto body shop why wouldn't you just fix it and I wouldn't even have noticed.
