Awesome job . Right from the start when I came in the girl at the front desk was very knowledgable about the process and how everything worked with insurance and everything . They took the car right away and I was told I would receive a call the next day , and I actually did. He went more in depth as to what was going on and what you guys were fixing. Then gave me an estimated time you would have the car. I recieved text messages everyday about the progress and got the car back 2 days earlier then estimated ! Having a car in the shop is usually such a headache , but not with you guys . Thanks Rocco's !

My experience with Rocco's was great from the time of drop off to pick up. I love that they kept me informed on the process of my car. My car looked awesome when I picked it up and my experience has been much better than my first accident and went it Keenan and Lumpkin. I will definitely use Rocco's on reed st for any future related issues with my car. Also Jeremiah customer service was awesome.
