Parts coming from Germany were a headache.... Other than that, it’s all good.

Was supposed to go in to have water test for a leak in the rear of the vehicle which had shorted out the SAM module. Gerardo... is a lazy piece of garbage who thinks he knows everything and would lie right to your face. Due to a "dead battery" they did no such thing. All he did was plug in a scanner to read some codes and a meter to say "yep, the battery is dead, you have to replace it". 20 minutes worth of work cost me $113 and no effort was made to jump start the vehicle and let it run for the battery to charge. Not that a battery is needed to determine where water is coming in. Once the vehicle was towed back to my residence, it was left running, charged up the new battery I bought a few months ago, and starts up perfectly fine. The job it initially went there for was never even performed and it cost me $113. I am left with the same electrical issue. I am highly dissatisfied with Rocco's Collision and will let it be known.
