Marcus was amazing! He made me feel confident that I was getting great service. Everyone in the office was so nice, especially the lady at the front desk. I was a bit ridiculous when I first talked with Marcus, but he was amazing and all of my fears went away.

The people on the phones could be a little more compassionate when people are trying to plan ahead and see when their car will be ready. Deborah answers the phone like she hates her job and like you are bothering her. Horrible phone etiquette, I just would like to know how my car repair is going - if you hate your job, work elsewhere.

Your staff was great to work with. Communication was great and the repair looks great. The only issue is a persistent rattle coming from the repair area. I have looked at the underside of the truck and cannot see anything that looks incorrect or unfinished. I can't identify the issue, but can hear it.
