While my service advisor was very professional and I'm pleased with the job, I was very frustrated with other things. For instance 3 says in a row calling between 2 and 4 pm no one picks up the phone. Trying numerous times each day and letting it ring for at least 5 minutes each time with no answer. So I tried emailing and all of the emails on the website kicked the emails back as address not good. Then I had to cancel my original appointment and reschedule only to find out that the rescheduled appointment was never put on the schedule. It's these types of things that frustrate and will ultimately make customers go elsewhere.

Your auto-body repairman Mr. Golightly did an excellent job. You cannot tell the truck has ever been damaged in the area that was repaired. The 2000 Chevy pickup looks like a brand new truck.
