Great work and awesome customer service

This isnt my first experience to have my vehicle repaired at a bodyshop due to hail damage. Since my vehicle is new I decide to stay with vandergriff since it's the same brand from where I purchased my vehicle recently. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was expecting the guy to walk me through the vehicle of all the repairs completed, which he missed that opportunity, all he did was gave me my key and stated go ahead and take the vehicle to get washed and if have any questions call them back. So as I enter my vehicle I began to notice all these white stains and grey stains on the interior and carpet by this time the gentleman had already left inside the lobby to inquire about it. When I sat inside the vehicle had a very strong chemical smell. Something I haven't smelled from previous repairs I've experienced. I had to drive home with my windows down due to unbearable smell. I assume they would had done a better job washing the vehicle and cleaning the mess after themselves especially after paying over 8,000 dollars in repairs. I'm highly disappointed that now I have to personally pay and spend time cleaning after the mess left and also the possibility that I might have to come back because the gentleman missed the opportunity to walk me through the repairs completed. This is a inconvenience for someone that is renting a vehicle and have to return the vehicle back to the bodyshop if it's not at my expectation.

Paint is cracked and it has trash in the paint, will be taking it back. Your quality control guy needs to be fired.

Alex was great. I do feel Cancewas completely truthfull, as his timeframe given as to e my rock was dropped off at dealer do not coincide with my notifications from my Chevy app, which also stated a hard excelleration on a side road or in. Parking lot near the dealer. My truck told on him.

Alex was very thorough in her inspection of the damages. She was very courteous and pleasant to work with and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. She has a pleasant, outgoing personality and it was a pleasure working and speaking with her.

Work was excellent. Service was also excellent. Had not had any damage problems in years so I was not too excited about having to go through this. But, for once I was pleasantly surprised.

You maintained communication, explained things clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer.

The repair was satisfactory. Appreciated getting car sooner than was promised. Only negative car exterior was dusty when picked up.
