Stymeist was great! They set my appointment, coordinated with the car rental company, and kept me informed of the repair progress along the way. Nice, polite staff. The entire process was easy.

Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful. Andy called constantly through out the 2 weeks I had my car in your shop. Never once did I have to call for an update. Even picking my car up was a breeze. Then there are the artists that worked on my car. The craftsmanship and pride in your work is evident. You even detailed my car inside and out. I will definitely come back next time I need a body shop. Thank you all!!!

They were very nice, and got the job done quickly. I was very happy with my experience.

Well, we need to come back to get several things fixed. Not so sure about the quality control and cleanliness of my car. The windows on the repaired side were not cleaned at all. Window tape has bubbles, tape was left on inside of rear door jam, window drags. Old Door hinge bolts were left in the door pocket, Etc. We have already reported these issues to Paul.

Stymeist was/is/will cotinue to be fantastic I'm sure. Rod was especially patient, professional, consistantly spot on, and very willing to "have many conversations" with Hartford re: my claim, They were less than willing to listen to his recommendations, his suggestions and "what needed to be done to FIX THE CAR! They seemed to maintain the front bumper damage was caused by driving behavior. Pictures, conversations, and written estimates were ignored by Hartford - all the time Rod in close contact with me. The car looks beautiful, service was outstanding; no thanks to Hartford. They denied over $****,000. worth of damanges (which I paid for); but Stymeist/ROD never flinched - he knew the truth as well as I did - I got to pay for all the people who lie, file a claim and get their vehicle repaired. I understand that - that's the world we live in. Stymeist, Enterprise (which I didn't have to do anything [other than drive the car] everyone took care of me - WOW, what a team!!!!!! Please pass along this entire review to your entire crew - EVERYONE!!!!!!!! ROD definitely is in the correct position - he led a fabulous team to victory for me. Thank you Rod and everyone who had anything to do with my repair. "HIT AND RUN PARKING LOT ACCIDENTS" ARE NO FUN!!!!

I worked with Chris and Patty and they were wonderful. I still have a Trac warning light on and someone cut out a bag I used to hold a water bottle. That was unnecessary but I may have found a replacement.

Job well done and on schedule

It took a little longer than expected but I was well informed and kept up to date and I really appreciated the extra time to clean the inside of my vehicle.

They were thorough and helpful . I would definitely use them again and recommend them
