The repairs look fantastic, communication was good, and they even replaced the windshield that cracked while the repairs were being made. No complaints there, and I'm very satisfied overall.
Just a few minor things. They detached the left rear seatbelt to repair a dent in the cab, and neglected to reattach it. I bolted it back on myself. When replacing the bumper, they neglected to reconnect the illuminator lights for the license plate. Again, I reconnected them myself. Lastly, the new side panel has a small piece of trim that isn't present on the other side, so it's slightly mismatched. It's really hard to notice, however, and I can probably remove the trim myself, so no big deal.

I don't believe that my heavy duty frame was bent. I also feel that some charges were made because I had a good insurance company. I was told a week and a half for repairs and it took almost a month. I also was told that I would at least one a week get status on my truck, that didn't happen.
