The body work was great and customer service as well. I was disappointed that the car was not cleaned on the inside, though. It looked like it was vacuumed a little, (and not very well at all), but nothing else was done to the inside. I was under the impression an auto detailing would clean up better than that. Also, I know this isn't your fault, but the rental car was also dirty and smelled like a wet dog. You should make sure to let Hertz know.
