The big issue is the lack of quality control and the lack of attention to detail. The repair was "complete" but a number of small detail issues have made completing the work drag on, requiring a return trip to the shop.

The door doesn’t seem to shut to the right depth correctly, and the window doesn’t return to the full up position when the button is pulled up and released. Also I was told they were going to blend the paint into the panels, the door is starkly different in color.

Great job - the repair was fantastic and the car looked great.
However, your mechanic misdiagnosed the problem with the car not starting and it cost me an extra $600 as I had that problem repaired (bank one sensor one replaced) and later found out it was actually a fuel pump replacement needed. So that soured some of the experience.
