Tire air pressure sensor wasn’t reading on one tire. When brought up they said they would take it to big o. Said they scanned and didn’t find a signal and then told me they won’t fix it. After getting the car the second time all sensors are now not reading. Told repeatedly they weren’t going to do anything about it. Will never come back to you again.

I loved the software used to keep me up to date. I loved the personal texts. I also just noticed that the tech must have taken the personal time to straighten and flatten out my front license plate that was dented in. It was not part of the repair but because it was my grille being fixed, it felt like he took the personal time to aesthetically make the whole front end look finished and put together. That was beyond my expectations and really warmed my heart to see it and have that done for me!
