Aldo gave me information about the procedure and was very service minded, and helpful.
Matthew was the representative for SafeCo to inspect and repair my car for the rear ended car accident I unfortunately was hit by another driver. He was very professional and trustworthy. He kept me updated about the repairing of my car.
