Tim Kelly did an outstanding job in getting our car in earlier than projected date when lights started turning off in our Volvo and we felt unsafe in driving it anymore. Our Volvo was at your site for **** month. Tim went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend more frequent updates to the Carwise app. If you're going to make it available as a convenience, make sure the info is always current. For example, my expected delivery date said "yesterday at 4:39pm"...that shouldn't happen
