When I received my car my front license plate was missing, your staff was quick to find it and a mounting kit and put it back on my bumper as soon as possible. Great customer service. The text system however is a little slow, I had my car back in my possession for almost 18 hours before I got the text to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up.

I’d had body work done before at another Herb’s location so when I needed to have body work done again, I knew to bring my vehicle back to Herb’s. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was finished ahead of schedule, which meant a shorter time in a rental! Josh and Bryn were super helpful and really easy to work with and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Should any of my vehicles need body work in the future, I’ll definitely return!
