No one checked with the insurance company over the rental as far as I could see to see if they would cover it. If Herbs is going to have a car rental agency connected to them they should do a reasonable job. It definitely in my experience was not an asset to your image.

I was very upset with my insurance company, and Herb's took away the sting. Also, their professional relationship with Enterprise made the rental car process smooth and stress free. Being in an accident and dealing with insurance companies are stressful enough!
