All the staff was great to work with. Really helped us out (as we were from out of state). They worked quickly and efficiently in order to allow us to get home safely. The staff explained everything and kept us informed and in the loop during the repair process. We regret there was not time for to allow the body repairs to be done as I am sure it would have been perfect.

The work was perfect. Insurance estimated a 5 day turn around. The shop said 7 days. It took 12 days. Initially blamed on a rim that was backordered but the paint wasn’t complete either until day 8. I was told to bring my car in on a wed before 10 for repairs. When I arrived, they said I should have made an appointment and would have to bring it back the following week. In fairness, when I explained my call, they did keep it to work on it but it took far longer than anyone explained. The work was pristine. The time frame and setup, not so much.
