My NEW trunk organizer was ripped/broken. I don't even know why anyone would need to touch this item. Straps attached to the organizer allowed it to hang from the back seat head rests. One strap was completely ripped out.

The work, itself, looks great. The timeliness of the work is a different story. You repeatedly sent us updates telling us the work was on track to be finished by August 10. On August 10, I called to see what the status was on the car, and the person I spoke with said it would probably be ready on Monday. On Monday, I called Rafferty Subaru (who subcontracted the work), and they said they were told it was in the queue for towing, which was presumed to mean it would be ready by the end of the day, or at least Tuesday morning. The car did not get there until Tuesday afternoon.
This would have been less galling had it not been for several things:
****. The updates, while courteous, turned out to be useless. What does it mean to be "57 percent done"? Additionally, when I receive an email that it's "57 percent done" on Monday, I assume it's on track to be ready by Friday. When I see an email that the car is "in the paint department," I assume it's just about done. Most importantly, when the email says it's on track to be finished by Friday, I expect it will be done by Friday.
2. The serviceperson seemed completely unaware of any promises that had (repeatedly) been made, as if it was completely and totally normal for the updates and their schedule to be inconsistent. It's okay if it's delayed, but an explanation, and an apology, would have been in order.
All in all, you guys seem to do good work, but you REALLY need to work on the way you communicate with your customers. Get rid of the constant updates, or make them meaningful to the average person.

As the jeep needs more work its not so big a deal but there is splatter marks all over the side of the jeep / fender flairs from the tire black that kicked off after being driven with it still wet. There are 2 bolts in the tailgate that were note painted and the paint was not touched up on any of the tork bolts. if this was a nice jeep to start with the issues would stand out as real blemishes.
