I liked the idea of the texts messages and the website that shows when your car will be done. I wish they were more accurate. It's a good idea in theory but the execution wasn't great.

Overall, I loved having my Geico rep, Enterprise, and the mechanics all on site. I loved the text updates and everyone was SO NICE. My biggest complaint was as my completion date approached, communication did not happen consistently and I ended up driving all the way back home to pick up my car twice, only to have it not done. (I work in the city.) I was told a few times “We’ll call you at lunch” or “She’ll call you in an hour” with no calls. I had to call repeatedly to get updates. The results see almost perfect! I would have been so satisfied with the work had I just been given more consistent and transparent communication. ** my lock on the side of the car that was worked in now doesn’t work, could that have been because of the work done? Jeff was friendly and professional. Quality of repair work excellent. Estimate of time poor. Original estimate 4-5 business days. Then 6. Then each day following extended another day. Ultimate repair time 10 business days and over two weeks total. It would have been more helpful at 5 business days to have communication like “it’s going to take longer than we expected, another week” instead of every day “we’re on track for pickup tomorrow!” Only to be followed by daily delays.

One thing that would make the experience better. Give some consideration to your clients’ schedules and don’t say ‘your car should be ready by end of day’. First, when you’re day is over, you leave. People need to plan transportation and work around their work and home lives in order to come get their car. Even by saying at the end of the day, it will be ready tomorrow morning. Otherwise all good. Thanks!
