The communication started pretty Rocky. Cameron did try his best to recover for the bad start. We worked through some tough spots on estimate and got the car fixed. He did a good job but left one small area next to bumper dinged up - could’ve easily been buffed out. Small things matter. So for that I say no. Not 100% satisfied. Shannon was great

The customer service ladies were professional and pleasant. The paint matched well and looks nice. There are a few spots on the rear corner panels where the replacement parts don't match up at the seams as flush as I had expected and would have liked.

Had vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. Bumper needed to be repositioned after delivery of vehicle to customer. Windshield washer fluid reservoir was not re-secured to fender that was removed for repairs. New headlamps were pointing toward ground creating an extremely dangerous driving condition.
Customer re-secured reservoir and adjusted headlamps.on own.

The team at 3D Collision did a great job repairing the damage to my car. It started with the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable people in the front office who helped me out through my first car body work experience. When I looked at my car after I paid I was thrilled to see that it looked good as new and even more pleasantly surprised when it appeared they vacuumed it. It's never fun to pay for damage to your car but this collision center made the whole experience bearable and easy to get through.
