Everything about this experience was the best it could have possibly been. From the minute i walked in, the staff was amazing. They made one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences so easy and worry-free. I hope to never have to get repairs to my vehicle again, but if i do, i will certainly go back to collison works, and i will definitely encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Excellent job. My car looks like it came off the factory floor. They even polished off some Yellow scuff marks I hadn’t seen. Excellent coordination between my insurance, Collionworks and The rental car company. I really appreciated them texting the different stages of repair for my car. It gave me an idea how soon they would finish. Very orderly. Transparent communication. Highly recommended.

The plastic undercarriage came completely off the next day after I picked it up. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do correctly. The technician Juan was amazing. Always helpful and kept me updated. All in all the experience was good would've been great if not for that. So instead of a 10/10 I'd give a 7/10 for that reason alone.
