The repair looks amazing! The entire front staff was extremely friendly! This is a very well managed body shop! I dropped my truck off on Tuesday. I picked it up on the very next day. That’s what I call service! They even washed it for me. If you are not getting your repairs done at collision works in Newcastle, you’re going to be crying to your momma later. They gave me $100 off of my next repair. They even invited me to a lunch cookout. You better believe I'm going to be there. Hell I might even show up early and grill for them! I was kept updated on my vehicle the entire time. I was satisfied with the work. I had to get washer and coolant cartridges replaced....I wasn't informed they would need to be filled with their contents. I was under the impression if replaced they would be but that is minimal. Great work.
