Personnel were courteous and we were treated well. They even cleaned a scrape from our car that was unrelated to the primary repair.
However, there were handprints on the headliner and door jambs which our service writer offered to clean on another day and a scrape on the brand new (replaced) windshield.
We were able to clean the door jambs rather easily but the headliner took enough scrubbing that the material abraded in the center... we were unwilling to scrub that hard on other areas for fear of the same.
