The people I interacted with were fabulous and very informative. The repaired area looks good. The only issue I have is a piece wasn’t put back correctly/securely and as I was driving down the highway it flew off. I think I was able to find all the pieces/parts. I just need to get them out back on the vehicle.

Instead of being reimbursed for the full time that I was without my car (Collision Works Dec 2-10) Allstate informed me that Collision Works says the time spent on the car was Dec 7-10 so why was I told to bring it in Dec 2nd @ 4:00 if the car was going to just sit there for 5 days?

The actual work appears to be well done. I wasn't thrilled with how dirty my vehicle was when I got it back. I'm talking about a greyish dust that is all over the inside of my vehicle. In addition, and this is just an annoyance, I wasn't thrilled with your communication. It started out great with a link where I could theoretically check on the status....it was never updated and I got one email telling me I "picked up the truck today" and that email was several days AFTER I had picked it up.
