Nick Schroon rocks! He was very helpful, very polite, kept me in the loop every step of the way. All I had to do is drive in and Nick & the young woman (I didn't get her name) did everything for me. The work was fantastic. However, it took almost 8 weeks to get my truck back. I'm self employed and the truck is my job. I was told that they would be one of the fastest companies to deal with, but I was highly disappointed with how long I had to be without my work Truck. They did knock off a small part of the deductible to try to make up for taking so long, but it didn't amount to much considering how much money I lost while waiting. I felt like I kept getting the run around every time I called to check on it. Travis was nice, but it just took waaayy to long to get fixed.

We ended missing one piece that couldn't be found that is OK but when we got the truck back a light was hanging on the bumper that we had to reattach. We would have paid more to have the entire peices painted as opposed to the area impacted. Took longer than we expected and the communication was spotty.
