The same day we got our car back from repairs on 4/28/18 it wouldn't start right. When we start it, it shakes and stutters then finally settles. It sounds and feels like something wasn't put back together right. Our headlights are also no longer working properly. The only lights that work are the brights. The reagular headlights no longer work at all which wasn't an issue before repairs. We have had our car back less than 2 days. We have contacted our insurance company. Hopefully you can make this right and fix the problems correctly!

Everything was fine, but I would suggest better signage directing people to check in inside. I, along with several other customers, was sitting in my car where it says estimates and drop off waiting for further instructions. At least two employees saw me and the other customers waiting in our cars and did not direct us to check in. After checking in, I felt that the person taking care of me could have been a little more friendly about the mix-up. After that whole ordeal though, I was impressed with how smoothly everything went.
