The text notification system is completely inaccurate and useless. On 12/24 I was notified that my vehicle would be ready in 23 days. On 12/27 I was notified that it would be ready on ****/16. Later on that same day I received a phone message saying that it was ready and I could pick it up the next day, which I did. Then on ****/2 I received another text to confirm that I had picked it up “today” when I had already picked it up on 12/28. What’s the point in having notifications if they have no resemblance to reality?

Estimated repair completion dates were sent to me with one date and the next day I was told the car was done 8 days early. I had budgeted to pay my deductible on the original date I was given. Because of the repairs being done early, there were issues with insurance check. The speaker in one of the doors they replaced does not work and the back of the car has a shaking noise. I have to take it back now after having it less than 24 hours.
